With a series of guided rhythmic breathing while listening to music, an individual is able to clear their head, drop into emotion, and hear inner insight and wisdom. They may get answers to questions, new ideas to growth, over all peace and clarity and much more. Important info below.
✨Few things to be prepared for class:
YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THIS EVENT. No one will be allowed in 5 minutes after the start time.
- Make sure you are in a space where you will be undisturbed. You can lie on the floor or your bed. Lock your door as to not be bothered. Make sure family members or roommates know not to bother you for any reason.
- You will want pillows under your knees and a blanket.
- You can have chapstick nearby or water if needed.
- Use the restroom before class.
- Let anyone in the home know that if you scream, you are okay. There is a primal scream song where you can let it all out if that feels good to you. Your pillow can be used to muffle the sound.
✨✨Watch the breathing technique video you will have access to once you sign up. You will need to do this before you come to class.
Set your mind at ease. This is a really cool and powerful experience. It's used for achieving peace and clarity, finding answers to questions, letting go of past or present pain. You may cry really hard and that's awesome! It's a major healing release. You may smile or laugh as well. Your experience will be exactly what it needs to be for you.
***If you are pregnant this is not something you should do. If you are and would like to attend to see what it's like, that's okay as long as you use it more as a meditative breathing. Let me know before class if this is your situation.
