1:1 Coaching
Learn tools and modalities to help you navigate through past or current situations that are activating and triggering emotional response. If you say to yourself “I don’t know how to do this” or “What am I supposed to do” in regards to taking action, dealing with hard things, or working through emotions and trauma, personal coaching is a great place to start.
I’m here to help you. My heart is so passionate in guiding you to be successful personally and in your relationships. There is no way to address and heal everything in one session. Start with a free session and a package of sessions from there to achieve optimal emotional health and gain confidence that you can do this important healing work and feel joy and happiness again.
Cancellation policy! If you need to make a change, you are required to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session time otherwise you forfeit that session. No same day cancellations. No exceptions.
